Reiki is an ancient form of healing that helps to bring the body back to a state of relaxation. This allows the body to heal itself from stress or disease. This practice can be instrumental in healing from trauma or complex trauma by allowing you to release past memories, and emotions stored in the body and disrupting homeostasis. These “stuck” energies can cause illnesses of many forms. Allowing the body to return to a state of equilibrium can bring about meaningful changes in a person’s life. + Spiritual Mediumship is a healing practice. When you feel stuck, or are grieving, knowing that there are loving and compassionate energies at work helping you and supporting you can be the catalyst for healing that you need. Sometimes all you need is for someone that can feel your energy and see you light to remind you how amazing you are. Each session is unique to you, and we will only connect to energies that walk in the light.
